Thanks to our cutting-edge equipment, we package our coffee beans in a protective atmosphere (Nitrogen) with the addition of a one-way valve for gas emission.
Oxygen, responsible for rapid degradation of food products, remains at 0.5% inside the package.
As a result, our Espresso coffee remains as fresh as freshly roasted for the entire life of the package (24 months), making our coffees also perfect for transport to distant countries.
